RIDER’S MEETING
March 14
11:00-12:00 Banga Ramp Park
March 13 park will be open as usual but earlier!
Open sessions: 12:00-17:00 and 20:00-22:00
March 14 park will be private just for participants!
12:00 – 20:00 (will be split into seperate groups each having 2 hours of practice time)
Information for all the riders who are coming with extra people:
– Every registered rider gets two free tickets to bring their friends, partners and/or coaches with them.
If you come with extra people with you, they will need to purchase event tickets which are 10 EUR for both event days.
– Only riders will be allowed into the ramp zone (rideable area).
– We will have a dedicated media team filming and photographing the whole event. No riders’ friends or colleagues who want to film will be allowed into the ramp zone (rideable area). They will be allowed to film from spectators’ zones though.
– For companies that wish to get MEDIA accreditation please contact us through email – martynas@bangaramppark.lt
Riders will have a separate zone dedicated only to riders and their coaches.
This zone will be closed off from the main park. You will be able to change clothes, leave your belongings, warm up and wait for your runs in a more secluded place there.
Send us your songs that you want to be played during your runs to martynas@bangaramppark.lt . IMPORTANT you have to send the song file and not the link to the song. We need the actual file to be imported into our dj set.
