General Provisions

This Cookie Policy (hereinafter referred to as the “Policy”) sets out the rules for the management of cookies used by We Ride Together, UAB, legal entity code 305728083, registered office address Gedimino pr. 2-6, LT-01103 Vilnius (hereinafter – Company) on the website www.bangaramppark.lt (hereinafter – Site).

The Policy has been prepared in accordance with the provisions of Art. The policy is based on the provisions of Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27 April 2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (“General Data Protection Regulation”), as well as on the Law of the Republic of Lithuania on Electronic Communications.

What are cookies

Cookies are small text files that are sent to the user by the browser (for example, by, “Internet Explorer”, “Firefox” and others) the visited website saves it on the user’s device (e.g. computer, mobile device, tablet).

Depending on the duration of the cookie’s lifetime, cookies can be long-lasting or short-lived (session). Long-term cookies remain on the user’s device until they expire or until the user decides to delete them. Session cookies are deleted as soon as the user closes the browser window (at the end of the browsing session).

The cookies do not store information that can be used to directly identify the user, but the information contained in the cookies can be linked to the device used by the user, browsing history and other information obtained and stored by means of the cookies.

Types of cookies and purpose of their use

Minimum (technical) cookies are used to enable the proper provision of the Website’s services and to enable the user to navigate and use the Website’s features, i.e.

Statistical or analytical cookies are used to collect and report on anonymous statistical information which enables the Website Manager to understand how users use the Website.

Marketing or advertising cookies are used to collect information about how users use the Website, to ensure that the user receives offers (advertising) that best meet their needs.

Functional or technical cookies are used to remember user preferences and settings (e.g., (e.g. language or time zone). These cookies prevent users from changing their settings each time they visit the Website.

The legal basis for the use of essential cookies is the legitimate interest of the controller (Article 6(1)(f) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

The legal basis for the use of consented cookies is the consent of the user (Article 6(1)(a) of the General Data Protection Regulation).

Material (technical) cookies are set automatically and do not require the user’s consent. The user is informed about the use of essential cookies.

Unless otherwise permitted by applicable law, all other (analytical, advertising, if any) cookies on the Website are only activated after the user has consented to the use of such cookies, i.e.

For each type of cookie, the Data Controller asks for a separate consent, which is given by the user’s active action by ticking the boxes next to the cookies he/she wishes to use and clicking on the confirmation button. By clicking on the “Confirm all” button, the user is deemed to have consented to the recording and use of all the listed cookies. The Company has the right to start using other types of cookies at any time, if necessary.

The user can withdraw his/her consent at any time by changing the settings of his/her web browser and deleting the cookies stored.

Due to the fact that the list of cookies is variable, information on the current cookies used is published on the “view site information” function of the Company’s website.
